Beach Club Travel Packages Include: • Two (2) 3-Day Tickets of your choice to the Hangout Beach, Music & Arts Festival: {Ticket Choices: GA -or- VIP -or- Super VIP -or- Big Kahuna} • 3 Nights at the The Beach Club in Gulf Shores, AL (Check in: May 18th, Check out: May 21st) • Two (2) Limited Edition Hangout Beach, Music & Arts Festival Posters • Transportation between the Condo and Festival during the weekend • Dedicated Check In Staff Legal Language: If for any reason your final payment is declined in whole or in part, then all of the following will apply: (i) your order and its contents will be cancelled (ii) any payment received as of that date will be kept by The Hangout Festival / CID Entertainment as offset for your default. CID Entertainment will make an attempt via phone and email to contact you in order to complete your payment. These attempts will cease two days after the first attempt. Please note that your deposit is included in the total cost of the Travel Package. If payment is not made by April 2nd, 2012, your order will be canceled and your deposit will NOT be refunded.
